- Absolute Privacy: We do not sell, rent, trade, or share our donor mailing lists or personal information with any third party, nor do we send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations.

Confidentiality for Our Applicants, Residents, and Partners
Because we support individuals transitioning from incarceration and recovering from substance use disorders, data privacy is our absolute priority. Our peer-led program relies on trust, and we maintain strict boundaries around your personal history.
- Information Collected: We collect only the background, legal, and recovery-related information necessary to evaluate housing applications and provide peer-to-peer Recovery Coaching and House Management support.
- Strict Non-Disclosure: Your personal background, housing status, and recovery journey are kept strictly confidential. We never share participant information for commercial, marketing, or public purposes.
- Voluntary Sharing Only: Your information is kept completely private within our management team. We will only communicate or share information with outside entities (such as parole/probation officers, court systems, or case managers) if you give us explicit, written consent to do so. We never publish photos or names of our residents on our website or marketing materials without explicit, written consent via a signed Media Release Form. Residents have the right to revoke this consent at any time.
- Partner & Referral Data: Information shared with us by referral agencies or community partners is used strictly for participant coordination and is protected under these same strict security protocols.
